SUMMARY:Color Country Natural Resources Camp
DESCRIPTION:Registration deadline is this week! \nThis camp is for any 10th-12th grade student interested in exploring a career related to natural resources while enjoying a variety of outdoor recreational activities near Zion National Park. \nHere are a few reasons students should apply: \n\nAll high school students are eligible who are currently enrolled in 9th – 12th grade.\nA college scholarship will be awarded to a camp participant.\nStudents that attend will receive ¼ credit of high school science.\nStudents receive hands-on experience in natural resource career fields including fisheries\, wildlife management\, and archeology.  Experience such as this is important when applying for a position in natural resources.\nStudents experience a variety of outdoor recreation activities\, such as hiking\, shooting\, archery\, and horseback riding.\n\nRegistration deadline is May 1\, 2026

DESCRIPTION:This spring Red Cliffs Audubon of St. George will be hosting a series of bird watching field trips in the greater Zion area.  Field trips will take place between Friday\, April 24th and Saturday May 9th.  Birders of all skill levels are welcome. A full list of field trip locations and times is available on their website. \nRegistration will open April 1st\, 2026. \nSpace is limited and slots go fast so keep your eye on the calendar and register as soon as possible.
